  1. well, i try to be considerate and think about it – but not only what the other person wants, but also what the other person needs, cause sometimes the need something that they don’t want – and that’s something to think about as well, is my opinion.

  2. Empathy and showing you actually care about the other person you interact with is the key to any meaningful communication or relationship. It would be impossible to genuinely relate to anyone without it. So important.

  3. This is such an important thing to remember no matter what the relationship is to the person. Sometimes when it comes to having a working, friendly, or loving relationship you have to remember to listen, know, or do what the other wants not just what you want.

  4. Exactly! Sometimes all it takes is having someone there to listen or to ask what they need. It seems like such a simple task but it’s so hard to do when your focus on yourself.
